Gratiam loyalties launches the Loyal-T loyalty programme
Issued by: Kate Nel

Gratiam Loyalties saw a gap in the market with regards to financially supporting the spreading of the Gospel – specifically through Christian radio stations in South Africa. They partnered with a South African CRM system provider LoyaltyPlus who, apart from fully understanding the South African market and its consumers, also recognises the legal and statutory requirements involved in loyalty programmes and provide highly customisable Loyalty Programme solutions.

[Centurion, 11 January 2017] – Powered by LoyaltyPlus, the Loyal-T loyalty programme was launched by Gratiam Loyalties. This programme is a coalition programme which offers merchants and buyers both the opportunity to support the Good Cause.

When a Member joins the program, it is compulsory for him or her to select one of the participating radio stations as a key beneficiary. As is the norm with loyalty programmes, the Member is the main beneficiary in the Loyal-T programme too. That being said, Members have the opportunity to pledge a portion or all of their benefits to the nominated radio station.

The Corporate Tier makes provision for entities which normally have an existing Membership base of some sorts. By facilitating the participation of their Membership in the Loyal-T programme, a portion of the distributable revenue will flow to the Corporate. In the context of the Loyal-T program, it is envisaged that church congregations and other charitable institutions will join as Corporates and in that manner, they will also contribute financially towards their own organisations.

“With the initial radio advertisement broadcasted during September, the first business partners responded within a day, pledging their support for the programme and expressing their desire to participate. Since then, the feedback was overwhelming and heartwarming”, said Corné Botha, Operations Director of Gratiam Loyalties.
