Our hosted Customer Relationship Management system applications are a component-based product set, which has been in existence since 1996, and is currently in its 4th generation. LoyaltyPlus is parameter driven allowing for easy setup and installation of almost all Loyalty programmes.
The applications cater for various types of Loyalty Programme architectures, namely:
